Visit and tastings of the Celtic Whisky Distillery
Your host:

The Glann ar Mor distillery Old-born Whisky Single Malt from Brittany With its exclusive practice of 100% open flame distillation, its two small ironing stills, its "serpentine" condensers, its wooden fermenters, and its ultra-slow distillation, Glann ar Mor is truly a distillery apart, simply without equivalent among whisky producers. Family business, the distillery is located by the sea on the north coast of Brittany in a wild and authentic environment. Two whiskies are made "old-fashioned": Glann ar Mor (literally "Seaside" in Breton) which is a non-peated Single Malt taking the name of the distillery, and Kornog ("West Wind" in Breton) which is a peated Single Malt. They are bottled to the optimum degree of 46% (except for a few bottled barrels without reduction "to the natural degree") without caramel coloring or cold filtration, as is systematically the case at Celtic Whisky Cie, and contrary to what is the usual practice for almost all whiskies placed on the market. This means that we have not added anything and we have not taken anything away from our whiskies, so as to preserve 100% their integrity and aromatic richness.
