A beautiful terroir The Roques and the surrounding villages benefit from some of the richest clay-limestone and ferrurginous soils on the planet, allowing a rich, fine and mineral expression at the same time. A legendary grape variety The Malbec grape variety is the heir to the Aminoe described by Virgil in the 1st century BC. He had a reputation for producing the best wine in the time of Jesus. Its color is deep with purple and dark blood tones.
