User profile description

History of the domain The creation of the Domain dates back to the 1950s by Raymond Loiseau, who chose to specialize his land in viticulture. The oldest vines on the property date from this period. The Estate expanded to about 6 hectares in the 1990s. He then passed on his passion to his grandson, Alain Da Costa, the current owner of the Estate. He obtained a Certificate of Agricultural Technician "Viticulture Onology", followed by a Certificate of Superior Technician "Viticulture 'nology". With these trainings, Alain Da Costa took over the management of the vines in 1996. As soon as he arrived, he planted new feet on a plot near the Domain. Harvest The harvest usually takes place between September and October depending on the sunshine of the year. The grapes must be ripe enough that the wine is not acidic, but it is not long before the first autumn rains do not damage the fruit. Alain Da Costa has chosen to carry out manual harvests for reasons of quality on the future wine and respect for the grapes and vines. The harvest day is above all a day of fun with friends and family.
