Linthelles
User profile description

Our history begins in the 1960s, when the Ploix family acquires and begins to develop its vineyard located on the hillsides surrounding Linthelles. The Champagne Bruno Ploix winery has been growing steadily since 1979, when Bruno Ploix inherited the estate. Our Champagne wines are made in strict compliance with AOC Champagne. Composed of 6 vintages, all different in blending and aging, our range stands out for its completeness and richness. Four of our six wines are the result of the blend of the three leading grape varieties of our terroir: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Meunier. Since Champagne was originally a blended wine, these compositions make it possible to obtain wines of a quality and regularity that last over time. - Cuvée Brut (30% Chardonnay, 60% Pinot Noir, 10% Pinot Meunier) - Cuvée Rosé (40% Chardonnay, 60% Pinot Noir) - Cuvée Grande Réserve (60% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Noir) - Cuvée Vieille Vigne Vintage 2011 (equal-share blending of the three grape varieties) Our two vintages made from a single grape variety are the Blanc de Blancs cuvée and the Blanc de Noirs cuvée. These vintages express the uniqueness and distinctiveness of these grape varieties, coming together like soloists to flourish. - Cuvée Blanc de Blancs: 100% Chardonnay - Cuvée Blanc de Noirs: 100% Meunier Based on our collaboration with the CNF Wine Centre, of which Bruno Ploix is a director, our Champagnes are of a recognized quality.
