It was out of love for the land that Gérard and Monique BIANCONE decided, in 1983, to acquire the rasque woods, a Provençal countryside overlooking Taradeau. Gérard, a bricklayer of origin, has always had a builder's soul that he owes to his mother. And Monique, from a family of Bordeaux winemakers, is committed to creating a traditional vineyard in the heart of Provence. It is first 15ha of typical Grape varieties of Provence that will be planted on this limestone clay soil that will forge the identity of Domaine Rasque. Their children, Pascale, Fabio, Sophie, Alexandra and Enzo will see, over the years, the shaping of these lands, the first vines, and share the pleasure and reward of a beautiful harvest.
