Winemakers in Rilly the mountain for 4 generations, Julien HERBERT passionately cultivates the most famous grapes of the Reims mountain. The wines rest for a minimum of 72 months in the cellar in order to bring maturity to the champagnes. The estate is based on 4.65 Ha of vineyard classified as 1st vintage distributed with 40% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Noir and 25% Meunier.
