It was at the end of the 20th century that the Mavela distillery was established in the heart of the eastern plain, on the commune of Aléria, surrounded by vineyards and orchards. Today, Stefanu Venturini brilliantly directs and distills; Mavela is awarded at each of its presentations in national and international competitions. Thus, our ancestral know-how is not only preserved, but also perpetually enriched by new creations.
