Located on the Plan de Dieu, between Châteauneuf-Du-Pape and Gigondas, the terroir has been coveted since the 16th century by Diane de Poitiers who owns a vineyard whose wine she deemed worthy of her table. Alluvial soil, truffled with rolled pebbles, this plateau is swept by the mistral. From Easter to Halloween, the sun shines on the CEP, and at night again, the bunch slumbers in the warm scents rising from the stony mattress.
