Since 2013, we carry out with the help of our draft horses ploughing work in organic wineries or in Biodynamics. The logical next step, for the coming years, was therefore to take over vines to be exploited not far from our home to put our know-how at the service of our own winery. The opportunity presented itself so it is in 2019, that we create the Domaine de l'Aubraine.
