User profile description

Legend has it that the source of Sarrabelle, which springs near the Medieval Castle of Montaigut, was the place of the romantic appointments of the beautiful Yolande. Its name comes from the Occitan "sarro-bello" which can be translated as: hug his beautiful. The castle, destroyed during the Albigensian Crusade, is preserved in its lower parts and above, is erected the Chapel of Montaigut. Today, Laurent and Fabien Caussé are the 8th generation of winemakers on the family estate. They cultivate 42 hectares of vines and create a diversity of five ranges of wines made in accordance with tradition.
