A family farm located at the base of the Reims mountain in the commune of Vaudemange, Christophe and his daughters work with love and passion on their 3-hectare vineyard. From the work of the vine to the dressing of the bottle through the processing of the champagne grapes, all the tasks are carried out by Christophe Dedet.
