Our estate in Verzenay Our champagne is made on our farm of 5.84 hectares, mainly located on the Grand Cru terroirs of Verzenay and Verzy. Our production is not classified as organic, biodynamic or sustainable viticulture but a certification in sustainable viticulture is underway. On the fertilizer side, none of our treatments contain toxic or carcinogenic products for humans. A parcel winemaking is carried out for half in barrels, on lees. Natural yeasts are used, and we do not practice gluing or filtration for most cuvées. Chaptalization is not sought. Champagne tradition Our family works in the pure Champagne tradition in order to offer, to all, the best cuvées of champagne. The terroir of Verzenay transmits to us its power, its vinosity as well as its typical notes of red and white fruits. Choosing our cuvées means opting for an old-fashioned work, on a historic Grand Cru of Champagne.
