It's been 12 years since Baptiste, the founder of Colada, has been in the spirits business. He became professional during his discovery of the cocktail world 7 years ago. Since 2012, he has multiplied the caps of teacher' cocktail, mixologist consultant and journalist for media such as the Revue du Vin de France, the Huffington Post, Rumporter or Superbon. Baptiste was certified Cognac Educator in May 2018 by the National Interprofessional Cognac Bureau (BNIC).
