For centuries, our Schweitzer family has striven to pass on from generation to generation our know-how and our passion for the vine. The Château de Thau, located on the Côtes de Bourg, was our first vineyard, which has grown over the years. The acquisition of new land, vineyards and castles have allowed us to vary our range of grape varieties, appellations and therefore wines. Our main goal was to perfect our offer while maintaining French and family know-how.
