Located in the beautiful region of Ribera Del Duero, Spain, Pago de Carraovejas was born in 1988. José Maria Ruiz, founder of the vineyard, wanted to create his own wines to accompany the suckling pig, the star dish of the restaurant he owned in Segovia. It was with a group of wine-loving friends that he decided to carry out his project to create his own winery.
