The history of the Domaine Fond Moiroux is more than two centuries old. It was founded in Cogny, in the heart of the beautiful Golden Stones region, in the middle of the 18th century by the Blanc family. Its name comes from a fountain (Fond or Font) that still feeds a wash house. It is this heritage full of history that we acquired in 2019. Beyond the beauty of the places and the quality of the terroirs, we were swept away by the richness of this history, deeply rooted in Beaujolais lands.
