HISTORY For centuries, the vineyards of Château de l'Escarelle have constantly evolved and renewed. Ideally located in the heart of green Provence, the 100 ha of vineyards of the property flourish in a setting remarkable 1100 ha of unspoilt nature. OUR KNOW-HOW Carefully maintained by frequent ploughing, by the application of reasoned treatments and by exclusive use of certified organic fertilizers, the vineyards of Château de l'Escarelle are the subject of careful care. Our different grape varieties have been patiently selected to adapt to each terroir, each plot... TRADITION & MODERNITY Over the years, our traditional winery has acquired an elaborate winery that allows us to fine-proof vinify harmonious wines as close as possible to our grape varieties and our terroirs. Some of our reds, after fermentation in stainless steel tanks are aged and preserved in oak barrels and make them long-lasting wines.
