Distillerie L.

Our winery is located in the Alpes-de-Haute-Provence, near the small village of Montfort. Single malt whisky, organic and 100% French, ages quietly in old casks of American whisky and Provencal wine. These barrels are directly subject to the Provencal climate: high temperatures in summer and cooler weather in winter. This significantly accelerates the aging of the whisky. The distillate comes from an exceptional distillery, located in the South-East of France. The barley used is organic and 100% French. The whole process of making the small beer is done on site, and the distillation is done in two passes in two different stills. The cuts, at the top of the spectrum, are very narrow, which means that the distillate is very pure, airy, light and fruity.
