WELCOME TO OUR WEBSITE! The Németh Cellar is farmed in the Badacsony wine region, on about two hectares of vineyards. In the family, viticulture and wine production have a tradition dating back generations. Our offer includes the traditional Hungarian breeds (blue-stemmed, Buda green, rosewood, sheep's tail) as well as some world breeds (gray-friendly, ottonel muscat, Italian Riesling and Rhine Riesling). The main prides of the cellar are the wines made from late-harvested, crushed grapes, as well as the unique ice wine from Badacsony. Our wines perform beautifully in both local and national wine competitions, our family has twice won the title of "Master of Balaton Wines". The cellar is entirely family run. The grapes are cultivated by István and Attila, and they also produce and treat the wines. Attila’s mother, Erika the lab, and his wife, Eva, paint the bottles as the wines are sold in hand-painted bottles. Attila also sells and markets. The youngest generation Anna, Jázmin and little Attila were born into the family business, we hope to be the one to carry on the traditions.
