1000 years of history It was in the 11th century during the reign of Robert I that the fiefdom of the Moulin Foulot was born, which became the Château de Meursault. From the 12th to the 16th century, the fiefdom often changed owners as the Duchy of Burgundy and the King of France wrestling. In the absence of a direct heir, she bequeathed the estate to a maternal cousin, wife of the Count of Moucheron. 1867 1883 1883 Louis Pasteur receives agricultural merit for his work on wines and fermentation. 1890 - 1910 Construction of the orangery and pavilions around the entrance gate. 1890 - 1910 1953 1953 The Earl of Moucheron left the estate to his eldest son Etienne de Moucheron.
