Tenuta La Cà wine experience

Hello! I am Pietro and with my brother Aldo, I take care of our cellar Tenuta La Cà which is located in Calmasino di Bardolino, on Lake Garda, 25 km from Verona!
Tenuta La Cà is our truest expression, here you experience, try, explore. The approach is creative, but always with a solid scientific basis. It couldn't be otherwise given our history of design and finance between Milan and London.
Our cellar operates entirely according to biological processes, we collect the bunches by hand from each plot, we select them one by one and we vinify them using the gout method that causes the grapes to suffer the influences of gravity without the help of mechanical pumps, in this we are pioneers in the field.

We use science to replace technology, to maximize the qualities of the raw material, leaving it virtually intact and a subtraction enology that eliminates additions in favor of a natural approach.

The best way to understand a vineyard is to look closely at it. That's why we don't use maps or infographics to explain what we do, but we first accompany you to the countryside to talk about life, vineyards, soil and terroir and then in the cellar to describe how we turn grapes into wine, finally we open the doors of our barrel cellar where we refine our noblest and most precious expressions.
We will talk about fermentations, temperatures, natural, woods, evolution and then we will taste together:
1) BISO: our reference. A wine that speaks to your senses, fresh, tasty, with a flavor of grapefruit and blueberry. Unfiltered and without added sulphites.
2) RIGHT: our Bardolino. A classic, slightly spicy and fresh, like the red berries that characterize it.
3) REVERSE: our creative white. Determined, aromatic and mineral, three souls coexist in him: Traminer, Pinot Blanc and Pinot Grigio
